Course 1: Put Your Listener at Ease with a calm, controlled rate of speech
How To Slow Your Rate Of Speech: You may have a lot of great ideas to share but saying them faster won't make it easier for your listener to understand them. In fact, you'll lose your listener the faster than you speak. There's a normal speaking rate range (measured in words per minute) that you need to learn and practice. You'll put your listener at ease and will be more likely to listen to you.

Course 2: Eliminate Distractions That take away from your message
How to Eliminate Glottal Fry in 3 Easy Steps: There is a vocal habit called Glottal Fry that is difficult to listen to. With this distraction (or any distraction for that matter), when you have a distraction in your speech, your listener will start paying attention to that. Once they are paying attention to that, they are no longer listening to you. Once they are no longer listening to you, you have lost your credibility. Say goodbye to this "nails-on-the-chalkboard" sound forever and reclaim your clear, natural-sounding voice.

Course 3: Sound Credible and confident when you speak
How to Eliminate Uptalk: American English has a certain inflection pattern. What that means is that you end your sentences on a downward pitch and ask questions with an upward pitch. Now, imagine that you are ending your sentences on an upward pitch (like questions), what message do you give your listener? You sound unsure and not very confident. Eliminate Uptalk and you'll sound confident, credible and more competent.

Course 4: Be Compelling to listen to without the fillers
How to Eliminate Word Fillers: There are many word fillers: um, like, you know, so, and, right? etc. Sometimes, one is eliminated only to fill the gap with another one like "and" When that happens, some really long sentences are made. Get comfortable with the pause. It's effective because it allows your listener to absorb your message. Additionally, you sound calm and relaxed.
